Recap: Tattnall Square Academy Trojans vs. Georgia Military College Bulldogs
In what's become a running theme this season, the Tattnall Square Academy Trojans gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Georgia Military College 75-38 at home. Winning may never get old, but Tattnall Square Academy sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tattnall Square Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Whit Davidson, who scored 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ty Hunnicutt, who scored 14 points.
When it comes to explaining why Georgia Military College lost, one person who can't be blamed is Josh Walker. Despite the final result, he scored 17 points along with five rebounds.
Tattnall Square Academy's win bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Georgia Military College, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-20.
Tattnall Square Academy will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against First Presbyterian Day at 7:30 p.m. Tattnall Square Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. Georgia Military College's road trip will continue as they head out to face Glascock County at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th. Glascock County is on a nine-game streak of home losses, Georgia Military College a 14-game streak of away losses (dating back to last season), but someone's luck is about to change.
