Soccer Recap: Vandegrift's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Friday

Vandegrift was the 2-0 winner over Cedar Ridge when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Vandegrift Vipers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cedar Ridge Raiders on Friday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Vipers came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 56th, while the Raiders are ranked 202nd).
