Baseball Recap: Waterloo West Takes a Loss

Waterloo West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 12-1 to the Cedar Falls Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-2 last Friday.

Waterloo West's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Cedar Falls, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Tigers beat Waterloo West by a score of 15-2 later that day.
