Football Game Recap: Dakota Valley vs. Tea

On Thursday, Tea faced Dakota Valley in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Dakota Valley took a 14-27 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tea. Dakota Valley's defeat signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

With their first loss of the season, Dakota Valley fell to 8-1. The win makes it two in a row for Tea and bumps their record up to 8-1.

After their action against one another, the teams are leaving the conference to test themselves against outside opponents. Next week Dakota Valley will take on More at 6:00 PM. More are cruising in on a five-game winning streak. As for Tea, they will go up against Hot Springs. Hot Springs took a loss in their last game and are no doubt out to reverse Tea's good fortune.
