Basketball Game Preview: Dunseith Dragons vs. Nedrose Cardinals

The Dunseith Dragons will challenge the Nedrose Cardinals at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Dunseith and three for Nedrose.

Last Friday, Dunseith lost to Westhope/Newburg on the road by a 62-46 margin. The Dragons were down 58-34 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, Nedrose came up short against Bottineau on Thursday and fell 67-56. While losing is never fun, the Cardinals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Braves/Stars are ranked 16th).

Dunseith's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Nedrose, their loss dropped their record down to 4-10.
