Linden had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They strolled past the Choctaw County Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 14-0. The Patriots have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Linden was led to victory by Jeremiah Brown and Jamarlon Adams. Brown rushed for 148 yards and one TD on only 11 carries, while Adams picked up 121 receiving yards and one score.

Linden didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Adams and Kareem Rembert.

Linden now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Choctaw County, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 3-2.

Linden has already played their next game, a 14-8 defeat against Southern Choctaw on the 26th. As for Choctaw County, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 44-0 loss against Cottage Hill Christian Academy on the 26th.
