Huntington Beach came tearing into Monday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Corona del Mar Sea Kings with a sharp 19-2 victory. The Oilers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by six runs or more this season.

Huntington Beach pushed their record up to 20-7 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games.
