Basketball Recap: Baylor Falls Short Against Ranked Webb

Baylor faced Webb in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Red Raiders fell 56-44 to the Spartans. The Red Raiders have struggled against the Spartans recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Baylor's loss dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Webb, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 21-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Baylor is set to challenge their familiar foe Chattanooga Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Webb will square off against rival Knoxville Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
