Soccer Recap: Pecos Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Pecos was not quite Andrews's equal in the second half on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Andrews Mustangs. Sadly, that's the first time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on Friday.

Pecos' defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Andrews, the victory got them back to even at 3-3-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Andrews beat Pecos by a score of 3-1 later that day.
