Basketball Recap: Rib Lake Piles Up the Points Against Athens

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Auburndale, Rib Lake was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They breezed by the Athens Bluejays to the tune of 75-39. The Redmen have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 31 points or more this season.

Rib Lake's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Athens, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Rib Lake has already played their next match (against Abbotsford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Athens will head out on the road to face off against Phillips at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
