Soccer Recap: Anson Takes a Loss

Anson lost against Parkwood back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bearcats came up short against the Wolf Pack, falling 9-0. Anson have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Anson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Parkwood, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-5-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Anson will head out to face off against Monroe at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Parkwood, they will take on Sun Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Parkwood will be up against Sun Valley's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.56 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
