Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Waynedale). They breezed by the Hillsdale Falcons to the tune of 61-21 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Golden Bears sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Waynedale is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.9 points per game. As for Hillsdale, they dropped their record down to 2-12 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waynedale will square off against Norwayne at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Waynedale has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Hillsdale, they will take on Northwestern at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
