Volleyball Recap: Newport Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Newport was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Philomath Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on October 7th.

Newport now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Philomath, they pushed their record up to 15-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

As of now, neither Newport nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
