Soccer Recap: North Miami Comes Up Short

North Miami was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 8-1 to the Lakeland Christian Academy Cougars. Things were pretty much settled by the half as North Miami were already down 5-0.

North Miami's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Lakeland Christian Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Miami will host Maconaquah at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lakeland Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Winamac at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lakeland Christian Academy's defense better be ready for this one: Winamac have averaged an impressive 4.8 goals per game this season.
