Baseball Recap: Brooklyn Takes a Loss

Brooklyn lost against Cuyahoga Heights on Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hurricanes fell 7-4 to the Red Wolves. The Hurricanes just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Brooklyn saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zander Rolon, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

Brooklyn's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Cuyahoga Heights, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Brooklyn will head out on the road to square off against Bedford at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Cuyahoga Heights, they will host Harding at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
