If Baylor wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Knoxville Catholic, they should've done a better job of containing Tj Tipton. The Knoxville Catholic Fighting Irish came out on top against the Baylor Red Raiders by a score of 81-68 on Monday thanks in part to Tipton, who went 6 for 7 on his way to 17 points in addition to eight boards and five steals. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last 17 games he's played.

Braylen Gibbs was another key player, going 6 of 12 en route to 16 points. Those 16 points gave him a new career-high.

Knoxville Catholic has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. As for Baylor, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-11.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Chattanooga Christian the next time they take the court. Knoxville Catholic will head out to face Chattanooga Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Baylor will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
