Baseball Recap: St. Joseph Comes Up Short on the Road Against Springdale

St. Joseph had to start their season on the road on Wednesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 11-1 to the Springdale Dynamos. The loss continues a trend for the Spartans in their meetings with the Dynamos: they've now lost three in a row.

The victory made it two in a row for Springdale and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Coming up, St. Joseph will head out on the road to face off against Winchester Thurston at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Springdale, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Brentwood at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. The matchup will give Brentwood their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
