Preview: Carver Vo-Tech Bears vs. Academy for College and Career Exploration
Carver Vo-Tech is 6-1 against Academy for College and Career Exploration since January of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Carver Vo-Tech Bears will be home for the holidays to greet Academy for College and Career Exploration at 5:15 p.m. Carver Vo-Tech will be looking to keep their 13-game home win streak (dating back to last season) alive.

Dorrian Sands was his usual excellent self, scoring 27 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Carver Vo-Tech's points. Kaiden Matthews was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 59-29, which was the final score in Academy for College and Career Exploration's tilt against McDonough last Friday.
Carver Vo-Tech's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Academy for College and Career Exploration, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
Everything came up roses for Carver Vo-Tech against Academy for College and Career Exploration when the teams last played back in January of 2022 as the squad secured a 73-34 win.
