On Monday Stockbridge Valley's undefeated season almost came to an end. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured an 11-10 W against the Madison Central Blue Devils. 11 seems to be a good number for the Indians as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Stockbridge Valley pushed their record up to 6-0-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Madison Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.
