Baseball Recap: Brethren Comes Up Short

Brethren was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 13-3 to the Benzie Central Huskies.

Brethren's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Benzie Central, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brethren will host Mesick at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Benzie Central, they will square off against Coleman at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
