Shawnee Heights came tearing into Friday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the West Chargers 65-32. The Thunderbirds have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 28 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why West lost, don't look at Imani McGlory. Despite the final result, she posted nine points and four steals. McGlory has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last six times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Aveah Mcglory, who scored eight points.

Shawnee Heights' victory bumped their record up to 7-4-1. As for West, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.
