Midfield is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They really took it to Hanceville for the full four quarters, racking up a 56-20 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Patriots as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Carbon Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against Phil Campbell, falling 56-12.

Carbon Hill's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Midfield, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-5.

Everything came up roses for Midfield against Carbon Hill when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 54-7 victory. Will the Patriots repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
