Softball Recap: New Auburn Comes Up Short

New Auburn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Elmwood/Plum City Wolves, falling 11-0. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Trojans' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

New Auburn's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Elmwood/Plum City, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-12.

As of now, neither New Auburn nor the Wolves have any future games scheduled.
