Soccer Game Preview: Har-Ber vs. Bentonville

Har-Ber is 1-9 against Bentonville since March of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Wildcats will host the Tigers at 5:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Har-Ber is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arkansas' top teams: Rogers Heritage, who was ranked 20th at the time (Har-Ber was ranked 23rd). The Wildcats fell just short of the War Eagles by a score of 3-2 on Monday.

Meanwhile, Bentonville unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bentonville West. Having soared to a lofty nine goals in the game before, Bentonville's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Bentonville's defeat dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Har-Ber, they now have a losing record of 7-8-1.
