Charlotte had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Ida Baker Bulldogs 6-1 on Friday. Considering the Fightin' Tarpons have won seven games by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Ida Baker with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Madison Robishaw (2), Ava Hall (2), Juliet Hurley, and Myla Hoffart.

Charlotte has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-1-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those seven matches. As for Ida Baker, their loss dropped their record down to 6-11-2.

Charlotte will face off against Palmetto Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Palmetto Ridge is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season. Ida Baker does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
