Softball Recap: North Shore Comes Up Short

North Shore lost against Lynbrook back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Vikings came up short against the Owls, falling 12-1.

North Shore's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lynbrook, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

North Shore does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lynbrook, they will host Baldwin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. The Owls' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bruins have averaged an impressive 10.4 runs per game this season.
