Basketball Recap: Archbishop Walsh Gets the Win

Archbishop Walsh had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They snuck past the Saugerties Sawyers with a 43-39 win on Saturday.

With the loss, Saugerties broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-1.

Archbishop Walsh does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Saugerties has also already played their next matchup, a 43-39 defeat against Averill Park on the 28th.
