Soccer Recap: Southern Alamance Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Person last Wednesday, Southern Alamance came back down to earth. The Patriots took a 5-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cummings Cavaliers on Monday. Southern Alamance were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Cummings earlier this season, when they won 4-2.

Southern Alamance hit Cummings with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Justin Gum, Hugo Rubiales, and Matteo Fontana.

Southern Alamance dropped their record down to 4-17 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Cummings, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-9 record this season.

Southern Alamance will square off against Western Alamance at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Southern Alamance will need to watch out since Western Alamance have now posted at least four goals in their last four matches. As for Cummings, they will face off against Graham at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
