Football Recap: Highland Takes a Loss

Highland and Goldendale pushed the score to 42-20 the last time they played Goldendale, but on Friday defenses reigned supreme. The Scots took a hard 18-2 fall against the Timberwolves. The Scots have struggled against the Timberwolves recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Highland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Goldendale, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Highland is set to square off against their familiar foe White Swan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Goldendale will challenge rival Cle Elum-Roslyn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
