Basketball Recap: Noah Caesar's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Fredericksburg Christian over Seton

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Fredericksburg Christian can now relate to. The match between them and the Seton Conquistadors didn't end well, with the Fredericksburg Christian Eagles falling 59-40. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Conquistadors this season, with their most recent loss being a 73-70 defeat last Friday.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Noah Caesar, who posted 16 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ja'Den McKoy, who went 5-for-11 en route to 11 points.

Fredericksburg Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Seton, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-5.

As of now, neither Fredericksburg Christian nor Seton have any future games scheduled.
