It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Ithaca Yellowjackets can now relate to. They were the victim of a tough 41-20 defeat at the hands of Ubly on Saturday. Ithaca's defeat signaled the end of their 11-game winning streak.

Ithaca's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performance. Perhaps the best among them was Jackson Conn, who threw for 224 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Risner, who picked up 75 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Ithaca's loss dropped their record down to 11-1. As for Ubly, they pushed their record up to 12-0 with that victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.
