It was a good run, but Warner Robins unfortunately witnessed the end of their nine-game winning streak on Thursday. They lost 4-1 to the Perry Panthers. The game was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Warner Robins it sure didn't stay that way.

Warner Robins' defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 10-2. As for Perry, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Warner Robins and Perry will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time Warner Robins sees the pitch they'll take on Tift County at 5:00 p.m. on April 8. As for Perry, their break will end when they face Veterans at 5:30 p.m. on April 8.
