Football Recap: Christian Lois Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Coral Reef

Braddock took a 35-point loss the last time they faced off against Coral Reef, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bulldogs came out on top in a nail-biter against the Barracudas on Monday, sneaking past 31-28. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered a 42-7 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Braddock got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Christian Lois out in front who threw for 356 yards and three touchdowns while completing 79.5% of his passes. The Bulldogs' leading receiver Brian Nunez was Lois' top target yet again, picking up 131 receiving yards and one score.

Braddock's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Coral Reef, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.
