Baseball Recap: Memorial Takes a Loss

Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They lost 15-8 to the Will Rogers College Ropers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Ropers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-5 on Thursday.

Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Will Rogers College, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-21.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Memorial will head out to take on Nathan Hale at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Will Rogers College, they will take on Kiefer at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Trojans will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Ropers surely won't give up without a fight.
