Watch one of the nation's top running backs lead Clinton to a state title. Cam Akers is not only explosive, he's a gamer.
The nation's top-rated running back played quarterback this season for
Clinton (Miss.) and threw for 3,128 yards and 31 touchdowns for the state champs.
All that passing didn't prohibit him from running. He rushed for 2,104 yards and 34 more scores.
The 6-foot, 215-pounder graduated early from Clinton and enrolled at Florida State on Jan. 9.
