Volleyball Recap: Miami Comes Up Short

Miami was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ballard Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss on Thursday.

Miami's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Ballard, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Miami does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ballard, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Rich Hill/Hume on the 13th.
