Volleyball Recap: Alaina Kopf and Macey Gronemeyer Secure Win for Tri County

Tri County won the last time they faced Bruning-Davenport/Shickley and things went their way on Monday too. The Trojans came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Leading Tri County to victory were Macey Gronemeyer and Alaina Kopf. Gronemeyer had eight digs and two aces, while Kopf had nine digs and two aces. Kopf is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Tri County's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Bruning-Davenport/Shickley, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Tri County has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Johnson County Central on the 16th. As for Bruning-Davenport/Shickley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Palmyra on the 16th.
