Hiland entered their tilt with Tuscarawas Valley on Wednesday with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. They blew past the Trojans 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-16, 25-21.

Addi Mast paced Hiland's offense, picking up 20 kills. Mast got some help from Brianna Mishler and her 36 assists. Claire Detweiler controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

When it comes to explaining why Tuscarawas Valley lost, don't look at Leah Howard. Despite the final result, she had 16 digs and three assists. Howard has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more digs the last 11 times she's played.

Hiland's victory bumped their record up to 20-1. As for Tuscarawas Valley, they moved to 11-10 with that defeat, which also ended their five-match winning streak.
