Basketball Recap: Palmyra Comes Up Short

Palmyra was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 60-42 bruising from the Lower Dauphin Falcons. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-49 back in December of 2024.

Palmyra's loss dropped their record down to 6-8-1. As for Lower Dauphin, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Mechanicsburg the next time they take the court. Palmyra will head out to face Mechanicsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Lower Dauphin will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
