Amarillo came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.3 goals), and they left with even more momentum. Their defense stepped up to hand the Coronado Mustangs a 10-0 shutout. Considering Amarillo have won 12 contests by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Amarillo's victory bumped their record up to 15-1-1. As for Coronado, their loss dropped their record down to 0-15.
