Winters piles up the points against Hamilton

Recap: Winters Warriors vs. Hamilton Braves
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Winters Warriors had no problem doing just that on Friday. They breezed by Hamilton at home to the tune of 29-0. Considering Winters has won seven contests by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Winters found their leader in underclassman Lane Brown, who rushed for 132 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. Another player making a difference was Gio Jimenez, who rushed for 119 yards and a touchdown.
Winters' win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Hamilton, their loss dropped their record down to 9-3.
Winters will take on Colusa at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Colusa is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. Hamilton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
