Baseball Recap: Canute Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Canute came tearing into Thursday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Fletcher Wildcats with a sharp 16-7 win. The Trojans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Canute's victory bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Fletcher, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 16-7 record.

Canute wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-0 win against Mangum on the 10th. As for Fletcher, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-5 loss against Asher on the 10th.
