Basketball Recap: Calvin Comes Up Short

Calvin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 30-25 heartbreaker at the hands of the New Lima Falcons.

Calvin's defeat dropped their record down to 4-18. As for New Lima, their win bumped their record up to 11-13.

Coming up, Calvin is taking a road trip to face off against Midway at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for New Lima, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hanna at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
