Basketball Recap: Johnston City Takes a Loss

Johnston City lost against Trico back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Johnston City Indians took a 48-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trico Pioneers.

Johnston City now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Trico, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-5.

Johnston City won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Sparta at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Trico, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll face off against Vienna at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
