Alexander is a perfect 10-0 against Holley since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Trojans will venture away from home to face off against the Hawks at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Alexander came up short against Batavia and fell 9-4. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alexander saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emily Pietrzykowski, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Ava Yax was another, going 2-for-4 with two runs.

Meanwhile, Holley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 5-1 to Pembroke.

Holley's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Alexander, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.

Everything went Alexander's way against Holley when the teams last played two weeks ago, as Alexander made off with an 11-1 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
