Baseball Recap: Seneca Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Seneca's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-0 to the Bishop Eustace Prep Crusaders, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Golden Eagles' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Seneca's loss dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Bishop Eustace Prep, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

While Seneca had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
