Basketball Recap: St. James Now 7-1 over Last Eight Games

St. James proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by 27) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the St. Teresa's Academy Stars 46-43. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tigers have posted since December 15, 2023.

St. James is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. As for St. Teresa's Academy, their loss ended a 15-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 15-4.

St. James won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Pacific at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Teresa's Academy has already played their next contest, a 46-43 defeat against St. James Academy on the 5th.
