Basketball Recap: La Grange Leopards vs. Giddings Buffaloes
The La Grange Leopards had already won 14 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.1 points), and they went ahead and made it 15 on Friday. They blew past Giddings 46-25. La Grange has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matches by 21 points or more this season.
La Grange's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Nathan Scott, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Clayton Cooper, who scored ten points along with five rebounds and two steals.
