Basketball Recap: Bushland Extends Winning Streak to Three

Bushland entered their tilt with River Road on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They enjoyed a cozy 63-44 victory over the River Road Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 52-32 back in January.

Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Dadrian Wallace, who went 7 of 10 en route to 16 points and three steals. Malakai Miller was another key player, putting up ten points.

Bushland's win bumped their record up to 10-11. As for River Road, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 13-11 record this season.

Bushland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 61-37 victory against Tulia on the 7th. As for River Road, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 58-50 defeat against Dalhart on the 7th.
