Volleyball Game Preview: Regis Jesuit Raiders vs. Rockhurst Hawklets

The Regis Jesuit Raiders will venture away from home to face off against the Rockhurst Hawklets at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Regis Jesuit will be strutting in after a victory while Rockhurst will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Tuesday, Regis Jesuit beat Chaparral 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Raiders.

While Regis Jesuit might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Chaparral scored at least 21 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 18-25, 25-21, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Rockhurst faced Oak Park in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Hawklets fell just short of the Northmen by a score of 3-2.

Rockhurst's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Regis Jesuit, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
